春に完成していたハーモニックドライブ赤道儀。というか春からブログをサボっていたので、その赤道儀自体も公開していませんでしたね。

札幌は４月〜８月の間で夜快晴だったのは、たったの７日。実戦投入に２回出撃しましたが、２回とも雲に阻まれて精度の確認はできませんでした。９月７日やっと快晴の夜がやってきました。
結果は、上記のガイドグラフのようにガイドエラーが0.71と非常に安定したガイドができました。もう市販の赤道儀と変わらないのではないでしょうか？僕は、市販の赤道儀（経緯台）はAZ-GTiしか使ったことがないので比べられません。
撮影対象はM31（アンドロメダ銀河）。180秒 x 36枚。エラーは一枚もなし。すっかり使い方を忘れたPixInsightで画像編集。
それで完成した赤道儀は、1:100中華ハーモニックドライブを２個、1:5.18ギアNema17ステッパーモーターを２個を購入してそれを赤道儀とするために3Dプリンタをパーツを作りました。今までは、１万円〜３万円で赤道儀を製作してきましたが、今回は材料費が６万円ほどかかりました。しかし、可動部分が金属なので、ギアから3Dプリントした今までのDIY赤道儀とは精度が比べ物になりません。市販で販売されているハーモニック赤道儀が２０万〜３０万することを考えるとコスパも最高だと思います。3Dプリントパーツも１３点、印刷も１日もあれば終わります。組み立ては、20個のインサートナットの埋め込みとネジ止めだけですので、２時間もあれば終わります（コントロール基板を除いて）。
超シンプル。コーンパクトでポータブル、名前をコーンポタ赤道儀にしようかと・・・www
内部はこんな感じ。
重さは、RA（赤緯）パートは800g。DEC（赤経）は784g。合計1,584g。見ての通り分割式です。
分割して縦に繋いで収納します。赤道儀がどれだかわかりますか？
ビジネス鞄に三脚も含めて余裕で入ります。
M33（さんかく座銀河）180秒 x 10枚
一番大変だったのは、如何に小さく格好良くコントロール基板（OnStep）を組み込むかでした。最初はNema17の底面と同じサイズに収めることに拘ったので大変でした。そのサイズに収まるESP32を探すことから始めました。収まるのはWemos D1 miniのみでした。ESP32C3などもっと小さいサイズもあるのですが、OnStepはまだ未対応でした。Wemosだけでほぼそのサイズになってしまうので、２階建てにすることにしました。２階は裏表でモータードライバと降圧コンバータを配置。ギリギリでした。
まじで良く収まったなって感じです。
その後、基板を収める部分を円筒形しました。強度が増してよかっと思います。

I wanted to know if it is possible to buy the information to build this harmonic mount. I have an EQ-5 but I would like a lighter mount to take to the mountains. I would also like to know the brand of the equatorial wedge that I see in the pictures.

What an amazing piece of work you’ve done.
I use The Keen One myself and have upgraded it with v5 Harmonic Drive from Luke, and damn it works.
I can get it all the way down to 0.78 arc sec in tracking, and there is no backlash as far as I can tell.
